Uganda's posture is closest to Kenya's: UNBS PVoC (Certificate of Conformity inspected in India before shipment; Intertek is a Government-authorised agent) plus a NEMA-Uganda permit where the chemical is controlled. Being landlocked, consignments clear transit through Mombasa or Dar es Salaam first.
